I was notified that you viewed the video Email. I like that I get confirmation. Back in the "old" days when most people were using AOL we got notification when they opened their Email which was nice. I would have responded to this sooner but I have not been checking my gmail accounts as often as I do my yahoo account.
Often face to face discussions are difficult to arrange with many people working shifts and both parents working so a video call or Email would be the next best thing (if the people on the other end have the technology). I am fortunate that I can type about as fast as I talk so typed communication is not a problem for me. If one does not touch type then less is likely to be communicated. This is where video communication would come in very handy. Communication is also not totally verbal, body language plays a big role in getting the message across.
